Are you open during Covid-19?
RISE halted operations for a few weeks to do our part in helping to slow the spread of Covid-19 and we are now up and running again with a few changes to our process.
Until further notice, all inspections will be conducted without the buyer or seller being present in order to limit personal contact. We wear appropriate personal protection equipment while at the home and disinfect our tools between every inspection.
We are committed to operating safely in an effort to help protect the entire community. We thank you for your cooperation and understanding during this time and are happy to answer any questions you may have.

We currently request that buyers DO NOT attend the home inspection.
Normally, we encourage you to join us through the inspection process to hear and see the inspector’s findings but due to Covid-19 and social distancing, we are limiting attendance to be only the inspector and the buyer’s representative.
Our inspector would be happy to answer any questions after you receive your report.
